| CNC Routering and Engraving |

Our MultiCAM router table will accommodate up to 60" wide substrate
with practically unlimited lengths. The maximum thickness of substrate is limited
by the cut length of the router bit available, which is typically approximately
2 inches. We can router-cut thicker materials above 2 inches but the cut edge
will be slightly chewed.
Common Substrates for Routing
Acrylic, Lexan, Foam PVC, MDF, Crezon, Styrene, Co-Polyester, Di-bond,
Gatorboard, Ultraboard, Aluminium and Brass (no more than 1/8" thick),
Octolux Aluminum Laminate with backer substrate (listed below).
Common Substrate 2-D Engraved
Acrylic, High Density Urethane, InterCel, Brass, Aluminum, Stainless
Steel and Cidar Blank.
We also offer in-line filled colours on engraved cidar blank, acrylic,
brass and stainless steel signs.
Contour Cutting
With proper printed registration marks, we can offer contour cutting on
printed foam PVC, InteCel and Gatorform up to 1.5" thick. For thin
substrates like styrene and 3mm foam PVC, we can accomodate stacked sheets
in one set-up, making the costs competitive against conventional
die-cutting
Finishing Options
- Pad and mounting stud for PVC and acrylic letters with
installation pattern
- Pin mount for crezon and MDF letters
- Face and edge painting per PMS colours
- Vinyl and polyester applied on face before routing
- Double-sided foam tape applied on back of letters
We accept ready-to-rout files from the trade only. Preferred file
formats are Flexi (.FS,.FD), Casmate (.SCV), Vector CorelDraw (.CDR),
AI ,EPS and DXF files.
