This state-of-the-art waterborne acrylic coating is formulated for applications requiring high film build, high fill and easy sanding characteristics. It is especially designed for use on expanded polyurethane foam and may be used on most rigid substrates. 4411010 exhibits unique adhesive characteristics and outstanding chemical, abrasion and ultraviolet resistance. Intercoat adhesion with oil and waterbased topcoats is excellent. Formulated to resist mildew.

For high density polyurethane foam, two or three coats are recommended to fill voids and pin holes. Typical applications can have a second coat applied after 45 minutes. Dry time between coats will be dependent upon film thickness. Thick coats can take up to two hours to dry. If time permits allow primer to cure overnight, prior to application of topcoat.

Sanding can be successfully executed with grits ranging from 200-600. 4411010 will wet or dry sand. Sanding is not recommended between coats of primer. Sand after the final primer coat and prior to application of topcoat. Always be certain to remove residual sanding dust prior to application of topcoat. Recoat and cure are dependent on humidity, temperature and air circulation.
