2mm polycarbonate sign white sheet is used for fabrication of channel letter face with aluminum profile trim cap. The router-cut letter face will slide into the channel on the profile trim cap and will be fastened by micro pin that pierce through the trim into the polycarbonate face. The thin polycarbonate face will not crack and shrink when exposed to the elements.
