Horizon XL1000 overlaminate is a 1.5-mil clear gloss; extremely conformable, extruded non-PVC film. The product is coated on one side with a clear permanent, solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive and supplied with a 50# paper release liner.

It is designed for use with GV929BFD and JT5529BFD Pro in long-term outdoor, marine, fleet or vehicle markings on flat to complex (3D) curved, corrugated and riveted surfaces. When used in these applications the finished graphic can be stretched from 150 – 200% without fear of tearing or lifting in your finished wrap!

It can also be used with GV729, JT5929P and JT5928P for long term on flat to moderately curved surface applications.

The polyurethane face is extremely durable and warranted, even in horizontal applications. This laminate offers superior protection from UV light, acid rain and high heat to help extend the life of your graphic. It has significantly higher abrasion resistance than standard vinyl (PVC) laminates. Additionally, it has significantly higher tensile strength than PVC which will greatly assist in the removal of aged graphics.
