Concept® 226 is a 6.0 mil premium white matte semi rigid calendared vinyl film with a specially formulated microsphere acrylic removable pressure sensitive adhesive backed by a 90# layflat liner. The combination of vinyl and adhesive allows removability of this product from normal wall surfaces. The 90# tight release digital liner provides excellent stability for processing using standard solvent, Latex and UV curable digital inks common to wide format digital printing systems.

Applications
Concept® 226 is designed for temporary application of decals and graphics to most types of painted interior walls and windows. This includes most flat, semi gloss and gloss paint finishes. Decals may also be applied to sealed wall coverings. The surface must be smooth and clean prior to application. If applying to new paint consult the paint manufacturer for proper drying conditions before Concept® 226 application.

Tested according to PSTC-101 Method A procedures with 24 hour dwell at 70°F and 50% relative humidity. Typical values. Individual values may vary. Bond to wall surfaces may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Recommendations
Completely evaporate ink solvents before application. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration resulting in premature vinyl degradation.

Printing Suggestions
Heavy deposits of under-cured or uncured solvent or UV-curable inks can affect the dimensional stability of the Wall Decal. Care should be taken to fully dry all prints prior to packaging and/or application. Since this a 6mil semi-rigid film, it requires higher print temperatures than the average vinyl. Most solvent and eco-solvent printers should be run at pre-heater and print-heater temperatures of about 50-deg C to 53-deg C. Since UV printers vary depending on manufacturer please follow the recomendation for semi-rigid substrates.
